TikTok says small businesses are flocking to the platform. They partnered with Hello Alice (a leading organization dedicated to supporting small businesses) to understand how small businesses are navigating today’s digital world. They found that small businesses are finding new audiences, building communities and generating results in the real world. Small businesses know that investing in social media platforms are no longer a bonus, but a necessity for growing their business and reaching new customers.

According to the report, 81% of small businesses say that TikTok is fun and 73% say it’s easy to use. Of small businesses who are currently using TikTok, 78% say they plan on increasing their investment in the platform.
