When is it a good time to make cold calls to potential clients? You will come up with so many excuses not to make that a priority for your business. "Monday is not good because people just got back from the weekend and are busy starting their week…Before or after lunch is not good because they are thinking on what to eat or are tired after lunch….It’s raining today and they are probably in a bad mood…”
The best time to call is when someone will answer the phone! Get dialing. Send a promo package, call therm and introduce yourself. Leave a message, call again and please have a system in place where you know when you called, what you did and what the response was. Staying on top of mind of potential customers should be an ongoing effort. You never know when you will get a new client, but the more you do this, the more you will make it part of your marketing effort.
